This event is a "Local Legacy Event" by the United State Library of Congress. This event celebrates the lilac along with the historical past of the island. Direct descendants of Chief Mackinac, Chief Pontiac and Chief Okemos ride in the parade annually. Come and enjoy this amazing event which starts on Main Street near St. Anne's Church and continues to downtown and ends at Winderemere Point. There will be many events including announcements of parade winners, raffle winners - with a $10,000 prize!

Guests can enjoy the St. Ignace Cruise Night and Down Memory Lane Parade. There will also be a ton of exhibits, vendors and other events for all ages. The Swap meet will run Friday and Saturday.
